Do I need to pay any fees upfront when listing my property for resale?
All upfront costs are covered by us. Valuation, photography, and listing fees are included in our service fee, which will only be deducted by the lawyer after the successful sale of the property.
Why does the valuation price differ from my expectations?
The valuation price is determined by UK valuation agencies based on recent market listings and transaction data. Global events, such as political changes, can affect second-hand property prices over time.
Can I list my property for sale if it has an outstanding mortgage? How will the mortgage be handled?
Your property can be listed for sale even if it has a mortgage. Upon successful sale, your lawyer will assist in repaying the bank loan, and the remaining funds will be transferred to your personal account.
Why is there a difference in fees between sole agency and multi-agency, and what are the differences between them?
Sole agency means a single agency is exclusively responsible for selling your property. Even if another agency sells your property, you must still pay the sole agency fee to your exclusive agent. Multi-agency means multiple agencies can simultaneously sell your property, and the successful agency will collect the fee.

Note: Most agencies will prioritize recommending buyers to purchase their exclusive listings.
In what currency will the proceeds from the sale be, and where will they be transferred?
The proceeds from the sale will be in British pounds (GBP). After deducting relevant fees, the lawyer will transfer the funds to your specified account (within the UK or overseas), and the seller is responsible for handling any applicable taxes and fees.
How long will it take to sell my property?
The speed of the sale depends on your pricing and the availability of comparable properties on the market.
